Welcome to LATIB Store US. This website and online store (the "Site") is operated by Naked Vegetables Co., Ltd., Seoul, South Korea. Throughout the Site, "we," "us," and "our" refer to LATIB Store US and its operator. By visiting the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you allow a minor to use the Site, you are responsible for their activity. When you place an order or create an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete, and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Our Products
We try to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, but your screen may show them differently, and we cannot guarantee that a product will match its image exactly. Product descriptions, ingredients, and availability may change at any time without notice. We may limit the quantity of any product, discontinue a product, or restrict sales to certain regions.
Information on the Site, including product descriptions and customer reviews, is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have a food allergy, please consult a healthcare professional and read the product label before use. Individual results may vary.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, for example because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limits on quantities per customer. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it. If we cancel or change your order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number you provided. You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for resale or export.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, handling, or taxes, which are calculated at checkout where applicable. Promotions may have their own terms, which apply in addition to these Terms. You agree to provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card number.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read both before ordering. Please note that, as described in our Refund Policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, but we will address damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, videos, and designs, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. LATIB and related marks are our trademarks. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions
If you send us comments, reviews, ideas, photos, or videos ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display them in any media for any business purpose, including marketing. You confirm that you own or have the right to share your Submissions, that they do not infringe anyone's rights, and that they are not unlawful, misleading, or offensive. We may remove any Submission at our discretion but have no obligation to monitor them. If you received any compensation or free product in connection with a Submission, you must disclose it.
8. Third-Party Tools and Links
The Site may include third-party tools, content, or links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for them. Your use of third-party tools or websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read it.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe our rights or the rights of others; (c) to harass, abuse, or harm others; (d) to submit false or misleading information; (e) to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (f) to collect or track personal information of others; (g) to spam, phish, scrape, or crawl the Site, including with bots, automated tools, or AI agents that do not identify themselves; or (h) to interfere with or bypass the security features of the Site. 11. Errors and Inaccuracies
The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to change or cancel orders affected by an error, even after an order has been submitted.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. All sales on the Site are transactions between you and us. Shopify is not responsible for the products or services you buy from us.
16. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreement under which we provide you products or services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. You and LATIB Store US agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of the place where you live.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the date below. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them. Please review this page periodically.
